The hotel is conveniently located in the very centre of the city, close to the train station and main attractions like Piazza di Duomo. the rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. the bathroom is large and well-maintained. the staff is helpful and patient, providing assistance with taxis and communicating in limited Italian.
The hotel lacks clear signage, making it difficult to find.

Very handy if you intend to use the central railway station and central bus station (for example, for travel to Taormina, Siracusa and Etna).
It would be nice to improve the breakfast.

Having just returned from a 10 day tour of Italy, this hotel wins the prize for the best room! It was large and spacious, with a huge private roof terrace, and a fantastic bath room. I cannot fault the room itself and the staff were very helpful. We wished to check out early as we had booked an excursion of Etna, and the staff kindly provided us with breakfast early as well as equipping us with a key so that we could leave our bags and access the hotel on our return. There was great variety at breakfast. Access from the railway station was great, and a short walk took us in to see the beautiful sites of Catania.
Not the hotel's fault, but the location felt a little unsafe. Not well labelled on the outside, but one of the members of staff was looking out for us and called down from a balcony when he saw us approaching - well worth emailing through an estimated arrival time so that they can look out for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big and had a separate shower with hydromassage. The hotel was clean, tidy, modern, and provided a small refrigerator and a safe. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus/train station and the city center.
Nothing not to love.

Cheap price.
The room did not have a window!! The room has a skylight instead. The skylight for fresh air is manually operated except when it rains it automatically shuts and cannot be over ridden. Sure enough it rained for our entire stay and Consequently we had a room with no fresh air and no view of the outside world-it was a horrible feeling. Lights with burnt out bulbs. No overnight front desk support. Of course we were not made aware of any of these things before hand. After we had left we shuddered at the thought of what might have happened if a fire had broken out!! The hotel was hard to find because there is no name sign anywhere visible There is no lift so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs.

good comfort, clean, new equipment, well working air-condition, clean towels every day, changed linen very often, nice cosy colours in the room, near the central squares and main streets, also near the train and bus station
not nice streets around, strange people in the neighbourhood but don´t have to be dangerous

This hotel was a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Its central location made it easy to walk to popular sights and transportation hubs. the staff was also really friendly and accommodating, offering helpful guidance on things to do and see. And the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities like air conditioning and wifi.
The hotel did have some drawbacks, though. For one, there were quite a few stairs to climb up to the rooms, which could be challenging for some travelers with heavy luggage.

B&b is nice, decorated with style. Our room was not very big but it was nicely furnished, and the bathroom was big with a massage shower. Park your car right in front of entrance, it is free of charge during the night, from 8 pm to 8,30 am. During the day parking price is 0,80 euro an hour. We did not know that so we made a mistake and paid 10 euros for parking during the first night on a nearby parking lot.
It is hard to find without a gps, no sign on the building, only on the doorbell.

The hotel is perfectly located in the very center of the city, making it convenient to explore and discover Catania's attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms have character and are equipped with all the basic amenities needed. Additionally, the attention to detail in the decoration creates a charming atmosphere.
No aspects need improvement.

The breakfast offered a very good selection of food and the rooms were comfortable enough. The location was also handy, as there were key tourist attractions nearby. Plus, the air-conditioning worked well, which was essential during a hot summer.
The staff didn't speak English properly, so communication was a bit tricky. The price wasn't worth it as I had to pay an extra fee upon arrival for no apparent reason.

Once we had found the place (perhaps a better map?) it proved to be clean, and the room very large and pleasant. The person on duty at our time of arrival (21.30) could have been a little more welcoming but the morning staff more than made up for it. Both spoke English and were helpful in arranging an airport transfer. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Night Receptionist Alessandro was very nice with us and he gave us some directions and also helped us with our luggage as there was no functioning lift at the time of our stay.
I did not like the area and the big door downstairs. The entrance should look a little more decent. Also, when I asked to pay using the details of my card i.e. the ones that I had already given through booking it was as if I was asking for a big favour. I have travelled a lot and booked many times through booking however I have never encountered such a problem. In fact during my stay I had to pay in cash as well and I hope I won't be charged twice. This B&B needs to be a bit more oragnised. There were too many different people at the reception at different times and everytime they keep asking the same questions. They should communicate between themselves and not bother customers asking the same silly questions all the time.
